SEO Additional Responsibilities
Summary of Recommendations

The SEO Establishment Act of 2000 required that the SEO submit recommendations for other responsibilities to the Mayor and the City Council by July 1, 2001. The (SEO) conducted research and analysis and provided the report below. The report details a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of alternative options explored in study areas 1 through 10, including definitive aspects. Also, the discussion segment includes a statement of the implications for the transferring agency and the SEO in cases where the effects are not covered fully under the advantages and disadvantages.
