Financial Action Plan Submission

  • Each grantee must submit a CSP1 form (Financial Action Plan) that outlines the school(s) spending budget for the fiscal year.
  • Preliminary spending plans must be submitted by June 30th of the current fiscal year.
  • Spending plans should clearly support the proposed objectives.
Reimbursement Request Submission
  • All payments are made on a reimbursement basis.
  • Each grantee must submit a CSP2 form (Federal Grant Funds Drawdown Request/Report) and appropriate supporting documentation to collect any reimbursements.
  • Draw down request must be submitted by the 15th of the month.
  • Monthly reimbursement requests are not required and schools can opt to report on a quarterly basis, but all reports must be submitted on the 15th for processing.
